What a tremendous software! Endnote helps me greatly in managing all my quotations while I am writing (link with Microsoft Word). No need to think about the referencing (Ibid. for instance) in the footnotes or in the bibliography. Everything is done automatically. The icing on the cake: the link on line with many libraries in the world whom the one I use the more being the British Library and its 14 millions titles!

Quel fantastic logiciel que cet Endnote! Il m'aide grandement en s'occupant de toutes mes citations dans le texte (lié à Microsoft Word). Pas besoin de réfléchir à la manière de reporter telle ou telle référence dans mes notes de bas de pages (Ibid. par example) ou dans la bibliographie. Tout se fait automatiquement. La cerise sur le gâteau : le logiciel est en lien Internet avec de nombreuses bibliothèques dans le monde entier, dont celle que j'utilise le plus souvent: la British Library et ses 14 millions de volumes!

Google Books - Google Livres

A very useful tool for research is Google books: a lot of books scanned at out disposal on line. A good way to have a look on works before buying or borrow them. It helped me also to find a quotation in my own books!

Google Livres est un outil très utile pour la recherche : de nombreux livres scannés sont mis à notre disposition sur internet. C'est un bon moyen de jeter un coup d'oeil sur des ouvrages avant de prendre la décision de les acheter ou les emprunter. Ce site m'a même permis de retrouver une citation dans mes propres livres!
